A Time, Perhaps, to Stock Up on Twinkies

The Twinkie is not on the endangered-species list yet, but Wednesday’s bankruptcy filing by Hostess Brands has many Twinkie lovers thinking end-time thoughts. Indeed, the pastry’s disappearance from the city’s bodega shelves would leave a hole that Little Debbie herself would be hard pressed to fill.
